# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The glaze caramelizes beautifully in the oven creating those gorgeous sticky edges everyone fights over
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes making it perfect for hectic weeknights when you want something special
02 -
  • Overcooking salmon is the biggest mistake and the difference between dry fish and tender perfection is just a couple minutes
  • The fish will continue cooking slightly after it comes out of the oven so pull it when it is just barely opaque throughout
03 -
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly so take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before baking
  • Pat the fish very dry before applying the glaze for the best adherence and caramelization
