Smoky kielbasa and colorful vegetables coated in honey garlic glaze

# What You'll Need:

→ Meats

01 - 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch rounds

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 medium zucchini, sliced
05 - 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
06 - 1 cup baby carrots, halved
07 - 1 cup snap peas

→ Sauce

08 - 3 tbsp honey
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - ½ tsp black pepper
13 - ½ tsp paprika

# How To Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and sauté for 3–4 minutes until browned on edges. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
02 - Add all prepared vegetables to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
04 - Return browned kielbasa to the skillet with vegetables. Pour honey garlic mixture evenly over everything. Toss well to coat all ingredients.
05 - Cook for 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly and coats everything evenly. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in one skillet so you spend less time washing dishes and more time actually enjoying your evening
  • The honey garlic glaze strikes that perfect balance between sweet and savory that makes everyone reach for seconds
02 -
  • Don't overcrowd your skillet when browning the kielbasa or it will steam instead of developing those beautiful caramelized edges
  • The honey can burn quickly over high heat, so keep the temperature at medium and watch closely during the final glazing step
03 -
  • Cut your vegetables into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly and no one ingredient ends up overdone
  • Pat the kielbasa dry before slicing to help it brown better and release less water into the pan
