- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
- Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until completely smooth and fully melted.
- Pour melted semisweet chocolate onto prepared baking sheet. Use an offset spatula to spread evenly into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt white chocolate chips and colored candy melts. Microwave each in 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and pourable.
- Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate and colored candy melts randomly over the dark chocolate base. Drag a toothpick or skewer through the chocolates in a swirling motion to create marbled patterns.
- Immediately scatter candy-coated chocolates, candy eyes, and Halloween sprinkles over the warm chocolate bark. Press gently to ensure toppings adhere.
- Allow bark to set at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until firm and completely set.
- Once fully set, break bark into irregular rustic pieces. Arrange on a serving platter or store in an airtight container.
