01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries, distributing them evenly throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the bowl or jar securely and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk and stir again until you reach your desired consistency.
